Why I created this program: For years I've been drawn to working outside the 4 walls of a therapy space. Not because valuable work and change can't unfold in an office setting, but because so many people need and want more. More engagement, more flexibility, more movement of body, more creativity, and more on-the-ground, in-the-weeds guidance.
Ideal Candidate: I work with a small group of program participants at any given time, so it's best to ensure that you're ready to engage before jumping in. This 10 week coaching program is best suited for people seeking a deeper experience, who are committed to taking this time to self-reflect and engage in the writing component of the program, and who are ready to make change. Not the best fit: This program is not designed for serious trauma work and cannot meet the needs of someone currently struggling with suicidal thoughts or ideation. Though anyone with a history of trauma is absolutely invited to participate, this program is slightly more geared toward action-planning, and I recommend that in-depth trauma work occur in a traditional therapy setting.
