Fees & insurance

Fees:
Fees are determined on an insurance, fee-for-service, or sliding scale basis.  Fees will be determined before we meet for our initial session, and most of this is covered by your insurance. 

Insurance:
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
  • Do I have mental health benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
  • How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment: 
Cash, checks, and credit/debit cards are accepted for payment at time of service or will be charged to your debit or credit card within 24 hours after your therapy session. Insurance co-payments are due at the time of the session or will be charged to your debit or credit card within 24 hours after your therapy session.


Cancellation Policy: 
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay an $85 late cancellation fee to compensate your therapist for this lost appointment time.
